We process all orders in the order they are received. With November and December being our busiest months it is best to get your order in as early as possible.

We appreciate most orders are intended as Christmas gifts and we make every effort to get each order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that each order is a custom printed, we can not guarantee immediate delivery. However, we do make our best effort to provide updates on your order's progress whenever asked.

All products available on the DigiGifts Designer website (at www.DigiGiftsDesigner.com) are available for delivery by Christmas when ordered before November 21st. We highly recommend that you avoid leaving orders until the last minute when ordering via this website to avoid gifts not arriving in time due to delays with large volumes of mail through the postal service at peak holiday periods.

All products available on our main website (www.DigiGifts.com.au) are subject to different delivery cut-off dates depending on the location they are being shipped from. We use numerous suppliers locally and overseas for many of our products, so please review the last date to order information below to avoid disappointment.
