Nadia's background began in the IT industry as a software tester, which later lead towards her moving into website design and development. During this time Nadia has worked for a variety of major Information Technology companies ranging from CCH Australia, Multibase, Stralia Web, Rural Press and ADInstruments. During this time Nadia has learnt a great deal about differing customer design needs. Graphic designing however wasn't one of Nadia's strong points; therefore she stepped back from the front-end designing phase of websites and focused more on backend functionality and database projects. Unfortunately this meant that Nadia wasn't able to be very creative.

Nadia's passion for online technology and enthusiasm for creativity led her towards a growing trend overseas of personalised gifts. Seeing a gap in the Australian market (in late 2006) she decided to start sourcing products from overseas suppliers and selling them to Australian consumers. As trends towards personalised gifts increased in Australia Nadia began sourcing products from local suppliers, as well as still sourcing some harder to find products from overseas suppliers.

With a background in Website Design & Development, Online Technologies, Search Engine Optimisation, IT Training & Consultancy, she was able to quickly setup a website to begin selling these products online to customers all around Australia and help match their design requirements. With a huge interest towards personalised gifts now in Australia, Nadias' business still stands out from the crowd by offering her customers the "human factor". Human expertise are used to ensure quality and accuracy of the end result, because according to Nadia "only another human being can really understand what a customer is trying to design".
