Personalised DVD Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can more than one person be featured in UR The Star cartoon adventures?
These cartoon adventure DVD’s are currently only designed to be personalised for one star.

2. What will the star be wearing in the DVD?
Some of our titles are created for both boys and girls. In those titles the star will be wearing a gender-neutral costume. In the titles created specifically for either boys or girls, the costume will be gender appropriate.

3. For what ages are personalised cartoon adventures most appropriate?
These adventures are recommended for ages 2 and up. Children, adults, and even pets would be great staring in their own movie!

4. Can greetings be placed in the beginning of the cartoon adventures?
Unfortunately we do not currently put greetings at the beginning of the DVD. We suggest you put personal messages in writing on a card or a note inside the DVD cover instead.

5. What do you do with my original image?
Any photo that was supplied by you for your order will be returned to you with your completed dvd. Any uploaded digital images sent to us from online purchases, will be deleted from our system within 60 days of when your goods were ordered.

6. How long will it take before I receive my order?
Please allow 21 days for delivery. This gives us time to receive your order and process your dvd with your personalised photograph.

7. Do you ship your products outside of Australia?
Orders are shipped only within Australia and New Zealand.

8. Do the cartoon adventures come in languages other than English?
No, all of our titles are only available in English at this time.
